In conjunction with COBIS, Ruskin Education was commissioned to support a UK independent schiool in its preparations for moving internationally. Work was done with the school to review structures, governance and to set a clear road map for expansion. In analysing the school’s strengths and value propositions, a diagnostic review provided a report and clear recommendations for the school to act upon to prepare capacity and to explore due dilligence with potential partners.
